TekGrabber makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days up to 7:00 PM PST (Pacific Time) are generally shipped the next day (subject to verification). Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on Monday.
If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
Delivery of TV's and other oversized items:
Oversize items like large Televisions might ship a day later.

A signature is required for most UPS shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.
Damaged / Missing Items upon delivery
Damaged in delivery: If you've found damage to the package or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
TV's or other items shipped by truck: Upon delivery, please inspect the item to insure it's the correct model, in operable condition and that it's not damaged. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. Once you sign for the item, you are accepting the product as is.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 48 business hours to report the damage.
International tax and duty: International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches their country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. TekGrabber has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Due to high International shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are valid. If your order requires verification, you will be notified by email within one business day.
Local sales tax applies to orders being delivered in California. We do not accept resale or tax exempt status on online orders. If you wish to apply a tax exempt form to your order, please place your order by phone, email or fax.
International orders are subject to tax, duty and import fees. See International Orders below.

Pending - order has been submitted and is being imported to our database
On Hold - order is being verified or has payment issues
Ready - order is ready to be processed
Invoiced - order has been finalized and ready to be packed
Shipped - order has been shipped and is in transit
Backorder - one or more of the items in your order are out of stock; we are waiting for the item(s) to become available
Canceled - the order is canceled.
We email you a tracking number as soon as it's available (Note: it may take up to 24 hours to be updated online). You can track your order by logging in to your account and clicking the "Track Orders" link.
You can cancel your order provided it hasn't yet entered the shipping process. If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See Return policy.
Note: TV's or any other item shipped by truck can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped and in route, the order cannot be canceled. If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit, and at our discretion a restocking fee might also be deducted.
We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that its available on Special Order basis only).
In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason it's unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you. Your credit card will only be charged at the actual time of shipment, there might be a hold on the funds until the time of shipment.
